2. Description of Service
SwapLabs is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator. SwapLabs displays quotes from third-party exchange providers and facilitates the creation of swap orders. SwapLabs does not take custody of your funds; deposits are sent directly to the executing exchange for each order.
3. Third-Party Providers
Swaps are executed by independent third-party exchange providers, each governed by its own terms and policies. SwapLabs is not responsible for the acts, omissions, rates, or availability of any third-party provider.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency transactions carry risk, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate destination and refund addresses, for complying with all laws applicable to you, and for ensuring that your use of the Service is permitted in your jurisdiction. Transactions on blockchains are generally irreversible.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party providers, network failures, or incorrect address entry.

SwapLabs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
