1. Overview
SwapLabs is designed to be privacy-respecting. We do not require account registration to use the Service. This policy explains what limited data is involved when you use SwapLabs.
2. Data You Provide
To create a swap you provide a destination address and, optionally, a refund address and memo. This information is transmitted to the third-party exchange provider that executes your order so it can deliver your funds. SwapLabs does not require your name, email, or identity to swap.
3. Local Storage
Your swap history, active trade, and recently used coins are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to SwapLabs servers, and can be cleared at any time from your browser.
4. Third-Party Providers
Quotes and orders are handled by independent exchange providers, each with its own privacy practices. Data sent to complete a swap (such as your destination address) is subject to that provider’s policy. We encourage you to review the policies of the providers you transact with.
5. Market Data
The Service may load public market price data from third-party sources to display a price ticker. These requests are made directly from your browser and do not include personal data.
