What is SwapLabs?
SwapLabs is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator. It compares rates across multiple partner exchanges so you can swap one coin for another at the best available rate, without creating an account.
Do I need to register or complete KYC?
No registration is required to get a quote or start a swap. Individual partner exchanges may apply their own verification requirements depending on the transaction.
How are the best rates found?
SwapLabs requests live quotes from several partner exchanges for your selected pair and shows them ranked so you can choose. You can sort and filter, and pick either the partner-brokered or direct-provider route.
What does “(Partner)” vs “(Direct)” mean on a quote?
“(Partner)” means the quote is brokered through our aggregation partner. “(Direct)” means the quote comes straight from that exchange’s own API. Both create a real, trackable order.
How long does a swap take?
Most swaps complete within minutes once your deposit is confirmed on-chain, though times vary by network congestion and the chosen provider.
What if I send the wrong amount or my swap doesn’t complete?
Provide a refund address when creating a swap. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will help you reconcile the order with the executing exchange.
How do I track my swap?
Each swap has a deposit page and appears in your History. Status updates automatically. History is stored locally in your browser.
